Today I am going to discuss the historical monument which is the picture identity of Pune. That place is an Iconic Shaniwar Wada. Shaniwar Wada has the historical significance in the Indian politics. “Shaniwar” means Saturday and “Wada” means residential palace. This is one of the most visited historical tourist places in Pune city. Many people think that this is a fort, but in reality, it is a royal palace. Geographically it is located in the heart of the Pune city. Pune is a popular educational hub in India and the 2nd largest city of Maharashtra state.
Saras Baug is one of the most popular tourist attraction of Pune. This is the place which mostly liked by families to spend some quality time. Pune is the metropolitan city and 2nd largest city of the state Maharashtra. Pune has the historical importance also as it was the capital of Maratha Kingdom. Nowadays this historic Peshwai city is well known as an Education Hub and IT Hub of India.
Nandur Madhmeshwar Bird Sanctuary was developed around Nandur Madhmeshwar Dam. This Dam has been constructed on the Sangam of the Godavari and Kadawa river. This bird sanctuary is also called as “Maharashtra’s Bharatpur“. It is located around 40 km’s away from Nashik.
Nal Sarovar Bird Sanctuary is located in the Sanand village of Ahmedabad district in Gujrat, India. Ahmedabad is most visited tourist city in Gujrat state. Sanand village is located around 60 kilometers from this wonderful city. Nal Sarovar bird sanctuary is well known as the abode of hundreds of bird species. We can see the thousands of migratory birds during the winter season. This 120 square kilometers long wildlife park is largest bird sanctuary present in Gujarat. It is made from 36 small islands.
Nahargarh Biological Park is one of the largest zoological park available near the pink city Jaipur. This quiet and peaceful place attracting visitors in huge number. It is situated in the Aravali mountain range near the heritage attraction Nahargarh Fort, which is 300 years old fort built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. This zoo is also known as Nahargarh Zoological Park. Spread over an area of approx. 8 square kilometers this zoological garden is popular for elephant safari.
Birla Mandir Jaipur is one of the most visited religious sites located in the Rajasthan state of India. This famous temple is also known as a Lakshmi Narayan temple and is the pride of the Pink city. This temple was built by The Birla company group in 1988. As every Indian knows they are well known for creating several prestigious temples across the country. This temple is situated below Moti Dungri fortress. It is dedicated to Hindu god Lord Vishnu. This temple is one of the main attractions of Jaipur city.
Today I am writing about Best Beaches Near Pune for our loving Punekar’s. As we know, Maharashtra has a wide coastal line of 720 Kms. This coastal line is divided into many districts. Udaipur is one of the largest city of Rajasthan and it is popular as a “Lake City”. Jal Mahal Jaipur is the famous historic palace situated in the Man Sagar lake of Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan (India). It is also known as “Romantic Palace” or “Water Palace”. This castle situated in the womb of the Aravalli hills is also called ‘Eye Ball’ due to the middle of the lake. This palace built by Maharaja Jai Singh II. Jal Mahal is now also evolving in the form of the bird sanctuary. The nursery here has more than 1 lakh trees, where the tallest trees of Rajasthan are found.
